Parking for passenger cars only. Little space for a large bus. Ban for trucks on the access road. Everything else OK.

A great pension with loving owners. I would recommend it anytime

A very clean and comfortable place and a super quiet neighborhood

Popped in after a short bike tour to refresh. The food was delicious and plentiful.

Nice autumn days The pension is a central starting point for many beautiful activities. The rooms are very well furnished and the breakfast is great.

Because I wanted to have my head free ... it's really nice here. Nice people, great food, great service ... it couldn't be better. I would like to come again.

Very nice. A hotel with fully equipped kitchen on riverside, with wild ducks on the river, you wake up to birdchirping and waking animal sounds. Awesome in one word! Fully recommend it. Amazing!

It is a bit "off the beaten track", but on the other hand easy to reach and quiet. Definitely recommended as a start for hikes and for mechanics. My room was large, clean, and well-appointed. The operators were very nice.

Well, there is no real alternative here in Hörschel either. Nevertheless: That could be made worse, much worse ... We had eaten there three times in May. The waitress was always friendly and attentive (even on that day when fate was not so kind to her ... Trouble with a husband and a vacuum cleaner! You have to be able to cope with something like that (in this case a woman!) In order to then still to be friendly to the guests! Chapeau! - everything done right! Thank you very much! The drinks were affordable and perfect, the beer was freshly tapped ... The dishes - even the simple ones (unfortunately there is often a lot of fun there - but not here!) - were all to be eaten with pleasure. I love e.g. Jacket potatoes with cottage cheese since I was very young. You can't go wrong with that? Yes, you can! Potatoes boiled too soft, mushy, the quark too soggy (because not, like my grandmother's, stirred with milk, etc., etc.). Here in Hörschel everything was spot on, so to speak! Thank you very much for that! Please don't let up because we want to come back! Greetings from Berlin!

It’s REALLY amazing place! Unfortunately I’ve been there only one night. I’d like to stay there for one or two weeks. It’s magic place!

On the Werra bike path and the beginning of the cycle path of the Thuringian town chain. Room 👍 good basic amenities, Breakfast simple but adequate, Restaurant in the neighboring house 👍Tuesday rest day, Our tandem and trailer found a shelter in the barn. Despite fresh snow in the morning, after breakfast, we continued with the tandem and of course fresh tea and coffee in our thermoses. So even at the first rest a warming drink was at hand. Thank you.

It is like it is. For some it is religion: Rensteigwanderung And at the beginning: come to rest, n Rostbrätl ... Then go out in the morning at sunrise ... And at the beginning is: "Gateway to the Rennsteig" (other praises are superfluous: nice, friendly, tastes ...)

Is right at the starting point. Parking enough available. Everything OK.

Nice rooms, great food and very nice hosts.
